Port Charlotte Junk Removal refers requests to junk removal pros. It is not the business that shows up to do the job.

What we collect

• Request form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you choose and anything typed in the message box. A consent record is saved with each request, showing the exact text you agreed to, its version and a timestamp.
• Calls to (689) 282-8508: a log is kept with your phone number, the time and duration. You are told the call may be recorded, and once the call is answered that portion may be recorded. Voicemail messages are transcribed to text.
• Technical data: loading a page logs the page, your IP address, where you came from and your browser. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and receives your IP address in the process. The site does not use advertising or retargeting pixels.

Why we use your information

We read your request, connect it with junk removal pros who may be able to help, and answer your questions.

Other uses: recording your consent, stopping spam and bots, and improving how the site works.

Who we share it with

Each request is forwarded to no more than three junk removal pros, with your name, phone, email and message.

Those pros are separate companies; after they receive your information, their own policies govern what they do with it.

Companies that host the site, deliver calls, texts and email, and run the AI model used by the chat handle data on our behalf, for those purposes only.

We may disclose information when the law requires it or to deal with fraud, abuse or security problems.

We may receive payment from pros for referred requests or calls. Some state laws treat that as a sale of personal information, and the state section below explains your options.

Contact from us and from pros

By checking the consent box you agreed that no more than three pros may reach out to you by phone, text and email about your request, including with automated technology.

You do not have to consent to use the site. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to a text to opt out and HELP for help. If several pros text you, reply STOP to each one.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep chat logs, call logs and website visit logs for 24 months, and then delete them.

Requests and the record of your consent are kept for 5 years, which lets us show that you consented, and are then deleted or stripped of identifying details.

You may request earlier deletion.

Keeping information safe

We take sensible steps to keep your information safe.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Minors

The site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect their information, and if you think a child has sent us some, contact us and we will delete it.

Access, correction and deletion

You may ask to see, fix or delete your information, or to stop us sharing it with pros.

Florida residents
